Information I receive
I receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message when you contact me or request a service.
How I use information
I use customer contact information to respond to inquiries and communicate with you about your requested services and appointments. I do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Booking and messaging services
If you book through PocketSuite, information you enter there may be processed by PocketSuite to provide its booking services. PocketSuite’s own privacy terms apply to its handling of that information.
If you message Bates Auto Detail through Google Business Profile’s AI-powered messaging, Google processes message information to provide the messaging feature, including automated responses and handoffs to me. Google’s terms and privacy practices apply to its processing.
This website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace may process technical information or use cookies and similar technologies as part of operating the website. Please refer to Squarespace’s privacy and cookie information for details about its platform practices.
Access and retention
I am the only person who accesses customer information for Bates Auto Detail. The providers of the website, booking, and messaging services you use may also process information as needed to provide those services.
I currently retain customer contact information indefinitely.
