Hello, I’m Christian, owner of Bates Auto Detail.

I bring over 15 years of professional detailing experience to every vehicle I work on. I’ve always believed that a clean, well-cared-for car makes a difference — not just in how it looks, but in how you feel driving it. That passion for perfection is what led me to create Bates Auto Detail, where every vehicle is treated with the same care and attention I would give my own.

I was born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon, and moved up to Vancouver, Washington with my wife in 2011. We’ve since built a life here and are now proud parents to two wonderful daughters. Before starting my business, I spent many years managing the inventory at Albertsons distribution center. It was a good job, but deep down, I knew it wasn’t my true calling.

My real passion has always been in detailing — bringing vehicles back to life, protecting them, and helping people feel proud of what they drive. I always dreamed of owning my own detailing business, so one day I decided to jump right into it — and I haven’t looked back since.

At my garage in Vancouver, WA — and through my mobile service — I provide full-service detailing designed to restore and protect your investment. Whether it’s a simple interior cleaning or a full exterior correction and ceramic coating, my goal is the same: deliver high-quality results and make the process easy and convenient for you.
