However, it's important to note that some scratches may be too deep to remove. In such cases, continuing to polish may be unsafe as the clear coat could be too thin to proceed without risking further damage. We will assess the condition of your paint and recommend the best approach to enhance its appearance while ensuring the integrity of the surface is maintained.

Imagine how truly impressive your vehicle will look, effortlessly turning heads and drawing compliments wherever you go. Our comprehensive paint correction process not only significantly enhances the aesthetic appeal of your car but also plays a vital role in protecting your investment by extending the lifespan of your vehicle’s paint.

Don’t allow minor flaws to detract from the inherent beauty of your car. Book an appointment with us today and let us bring out the very best in your vehicle. Experience the remarkable difference with our professional paint correction service at Bates Auto Detail.

Our Paint Correction Process

1. Clean wheels, tires, and fenders using special cleaners and brushes.

2. Complete hand wash of vehicle, including door jambs and gas cap, with bug removal from the front bumper.

3. Synthetic clay mitt and iron remover to remove embedded contaminants from the paint, leaving the surface smooth and ready for polishing.

4. Step 1 – Compounding/Correction: Using a dual-action polisher, reduce the majority of removable swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation.

5. Step 2 – Polishing: Refine the paint to increase gloss and clarity and create a smooth, polished finish.

6. Apply wax or ceramic spray protection to the paint for added shine and protection from the elements. (This is not a ceramic coating.)

7. Dress tires and any plastic trim for added shine and protection.
